By Donald Nelson East New York, Brooklyn Displacement, Evacuation, Shelter November 14, 2012

The View from My Window

This painting is the actual view from my window at the King's Hotel in East New York, Brooklyn.
This was one of the places we stayed after our evacuation from the Rockaways, during Hurricane Sandy.
